💳 Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, and Discover. We also support Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay for a fast and secure checkout.

What is Shop Pay?

Shop Pay is an accelerated checkout that saves your details for faster future purchases. You can also track your orders through the Shop app.

Do you offer Shop Pay Installments?

Yes! Shop Pay Installments lets you split your purchase into 4 interest-free bi-weekly payments or monthly installment plans. Simply select Shop Pay at checkout and choose the installments option if eligible.

Is it safe to pay on your store?

Absolutely. All transactions are processed securely through Shopify Payments, which is fully PCI-compliant. Your payment information is encrypted and never stored on our servers.

What should I do if my payment is declined?

Please double-check your card details and billing address, or try an alternative payment method. If the issue persists, contact your bank or reach out to us at support@tasawoq.ca.

Are prices in CAD or USD?

Prices are displayed in CAD for Canadian customers and in USD for US customers. The currency is automatically adjusted based on your location at checkout.

Do you offer sales or promotions?

Yes! We run seasonal sales and promotions. Follow us on Instagram and Pinterest, or sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know about upcoming deals.

Do you have a loyalty or rewards program?

Not yet, but we are working on it! Sign up for our newsletter to be notified when it launches.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?

We ship to Canada and the United States.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free standard shipping on all orders to both Canada and the United States.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery times are:

  • United States: 7–10 business days after processing (total: 8–13 business days)
  • Canada: 10–14 business days after processing (total: 11–17 business days)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or customs clearance.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via email. Tracking numbers are provided for all orders.

Will my order be shipped in one package?

Some orders may be shipped in separate packages depending on product availability.

Are there customs duties for Canadian orders?

Canadian orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Tasawoq is not responsible for customs delays.

What is your return policy?

Canadian orders are final sale — no returns or exchanges are accepted. Returns are accepted for US orders only, subject to the conditions below.

What are the conditions for a US return?

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn, unused, with original tags, SKU label, and clear garment packaging
  • Returned within 7 days of delivery
  • Shipped back within 7 days of return approval

What items are final sale and cannot be returned?

The following items are non-returnable regardless of location:

  • Bodysuits
  • Swimwear
  • Intimates & Lingerie
  • Jewelry
  • Beauty products
  • Accessories (belts, scarves, hats)
  • Handbags & bags

Do you accept exchanges?

We do not accept exchanges of any kind. Please return eligible items and place a new order.

How long do refunds take?

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days from the day we receive your returned package. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect. A 20% restocking fee may apply if items do not meet return criteria.

What if I received a damaged or incorrect item?

Contact us at support@tasawoq.ca within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and your order number, and we will make it right.

📦 Orders

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Orders are final once submitted. We cannot guarantee cancellations or changes once processing has started. Please contact us as soon as possible at support@tasawoq.ca if you need assistance.

How do I use a discount code?

Enter your discount code in the "Discount" field at checkout before completing your purchase. Only one discount code can be applied per order.

How do I find my size?

Each product page includes a size guide to help you find the best fit. We recommend checking the size guide before ordering as sizing may vary by style.

Are your products true to size?

Most of our products run true to size. Check the size guide and product notes on each listing for specific fit recommendations. When in doubt, we suggest sizing up for a more relaxed fit.

What materials are your clothes made from?

Material details are listed on each individual product page. We prioritize quality fabrics that are comfortable, durable, and stylish.

How do I care for my garments?

Care instructions are included on each product page and on the garment label. We recommend following the care label instructions to keep your pieces looking their best.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account lets you track your orders, save your details, and enjoy a faster checkout experience.

How do I opt out of marketing emails?

You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any marketing email we send you.

How do I request deletion of my data?

You have the right to request deletion of your personal data. Please email us at support@tasawoq.ca and we will process your request in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

How do I contact customer support?

Email us at support@tasawoq.ca. Our support hours are Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST. We aim to respond within 12 hours.

Do you have a physical store?

No, Tasawoq is an online-only store. We ship directly to your door across Canada and the United States.

Do you offer gift cards?

Not at this time, but gift cards are coming soon! Sign up for our newsletter to stay updated.

How is my personal information used?
