Refund Policy

Canadian Orders — Final Sale: All orders shipped to Canada are final sale. No returns or exchanges are accepted.

We accept returns for orders shipped within the United States only, due to supplier fulfillment restrictions. Canadian orders are final sale.

    If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us at support@tasawoq.ca within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.

    To be eligible for a US return, items must be:

    • Unworn, unused, with original tags, SKU label, and clear garment packaging
    • Returned within 7 days of delivery
    • Shipped back within 7 days of return approval

    Final Sale Items (non-returnable):

    • Bodysuits
    • Swimwear
    • Intimates & Lingerie
    • Jewelry
    • Beauty products
    • Accessories (belts, scarves, hats)
    • Handbags & bags

    Exchanges: We do not accept exchanges of any kind. Please return eligible items and place a new order.

    Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days from the day we receive your returned package. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect. A 20% restocking fee may apply, or the return may be declined, if items do not meet the above criteria.
