Refund Policy

We accept returns for orders shipped within the United States only, due to supplier fulfillment restrictions. Canadian orders are final sale.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us at support@tasawoq.ca within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.

To be eligible for a US return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unused, with original tags and packaging
  • Returned within 7 days of delivery
  • Shipped back within 7 days of return approval

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect. A 20% restocking fee may apply for ineligible returns.
