Canadian Orders — Final Sale
Due to supplier fulfillment restrictions, all orders shipped to Canada are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at support@tasawoq.ca within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.
US Orders — Return Eligibility
We accept returns on US orders under the following conditions:
- Items must be unworn and unused, with original tags, SKU label, and clear garment packaging intact.
- Return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be shipped back within 7 days of return approval.
Non-Returnable (Final Sale) Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned regardless of order destination:
- Bodysuits
- Swimwear
- Intimates & Lingerie
- Jewelry
- Beauty products
- Accessories (belts, scarves, hats)
- Handbags & bags
Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges of any kind. Please return your eligible item(s) and place a new order for the desired style or size.
How to Initiate a Return (US Orders)
- Email us at support@tasawoq.ca with your order number and reason for return — Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST.
- We will review your request and respond with return instructions and authorization.
- Pack your item(s) securely, ensuring the SKU label and original tags are intact, and ship them back using a trackable method.
- Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable.
Restocking Fee
A 20% restocking fee may apply, or the return may be declined entirely, for items that do not meet our eligibility criteria.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item (Canada or US), please contact us at support@tasawoq.ca within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will cover the return shipping and send a replacement or issue a full refund.
