At Tasawoq, we aim to provide a smooth and reliable shipping experience.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • United States
  • Canada

We do not ship internationally at this time.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Processing times may be longer during peak periods or holidays.

Shipping Time

United States:
Estimated delivery within 10–18 business days after processing.

Canada:
Estimated delivery within 10–14 business days after processing.

Total estimated delivery time (including processing): 11–21 business days (US), 11–17 business days (CA).

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs clearance, or high demand. Some items ship from supplier warehouses and may take additional time.

Shipping Cost

We offer free standard shipping on all orders to Canada and the United States. Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

  • Tracking numbers are provided for all orders.
  • You will receive a tracking link via email once your order has shipped.

Multiple Shipments

Some orders may be shipped in separate packages depending on product availability.

Customs & Duties

Canada: Canadian orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Tasawoq is not responsible for customs delays.

United States: Orders shipped to the United States may be subject to customs duties and import taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping cost.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@tasawoq.ca within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.

Delays

Tasawoq is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping details are accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by customers.
